There were 5,000 of the packs that contained the Prefix 16, $5 Generic Phonecards. The Serial Numbers of the Phonecards used in these Packs were in the range of 16 37000 to 16 41999 inclusive. There were 1,000 of the packs that contained the Prefix 20, $5 Generic Phonecard. The Serial Numbers of the Phonecards used in these Packs were in the range of 20 30000 to 20 30999 inclusive.
