There was no actual International Pack produced for this issue, however International collectors still got their cards overprinted with International Collectors Issue 1998, placed in the normal pack. See Limited Card. This then makes the quantity issued unclear. Does the 650 include these International cards or not ?? The normal Collectors Pack has a Certificate indicating that this is one pack of 650. The Pack I received with the International Cards, did not have a Certificate included.
