This card was only available in the Collector Pack NZ-CP-63 and was overprinted on the reverse with Collectors Issue 1998 or International Collectors Issue 1998.
There was no actual International Pack produced for this issue, however International collectors still got their card overprinted with International Collectors Issue 1998, placed in the normal pack.
This then makes the quantity issued unclear. Does the 650 include these International cards or not ??
