1,000 were issued to shareholders at the AGM in an AGM brochure, entitled "Review Of 1993-94 Year", illustrated below.
A Folder, identified with the words Collectors Edition on the reverse, was given away with the 4,000 Year Of The Family Collector Packs,
and a further Folder, identified with the words International Collectors Edition on the reverse, was given away with the 2,000 Year Of The Family International Collector Packs.
The cards in these two folders were overprinted on the reverse with Collector Issue 1994, and International Collector Issue 1994, respectively.






The quantities of cards produced, as indicated on the above inscriptions, was not the final number issued.
