The 13th New Zealand Scout Jamboree was held at Upper Hutt in early January 1993. This card was issued to commemorate the event.

The card could also be found in a special folder that also contained the 1994 Scout Regatta card, see NZ-E-8.

It was also available in a further folder that contained the three cards, NZ-E-3, NZ-E-8 and NZ-E-19, see NZ-E-19.

This card was also included in the Collector Pack AdCards Volume One NZ-CP-7 and was overprinted on the reverse with 1992 Collector Issue.
