These cards were also included in the
Collector Pack NZ-CP-16
and were overprinted on the reverse with
1993 Collector Issue.
These cards were also included in the
Introductory Collector Pack NZ-CP-25x,
but they did not have the Collector Issue overprint.
This set was also available in a presentation folder
produced by Pacific Coin Company, illustrated below.
