The ADDB control numbers have two printings, the first, the last line, starting "for Telecom" ends with "at Telecom Centres" (3rd Back).
On the second, it ends with "at our normal place of business" (4th Back).
It is also available with ADCB (2nd Back), 3NZLB and 171B.

4,000 of this card was sold in a special presentation pack, as illustrated below. This folder also contained Specimen Cards #4 & #5.

This card was also included in the Collector Pack AdCards Volume Eight NZ-CP-35 and was overprinted on the reverse with Collectors Issue 1994 or International Collectors Issue 1994,
if included in the International Pack.
