This card started out as a 373 prefix Dinosaur - Muttaburrasaurus issue. The front was completely overprinted with a new design. The back has all references to Telstra removed, along with the Code Number, and the line Special Collectors Card Only line put on top of the For Local, STD etc.

 

 

The first print run had an error on the reverse. The back has "Phonecard". The grey word on a black background is a Telstra Trademark. It should have also been removed.  All the cards were recalled and reprinted. This original one survived.
